Role OverviewHyatt seeks a Finance leader to support the Director of Finance in overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic financial planning at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa. What You Will Do
The Assistant Director of Finance manages the hotel's financial operations, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, balance-sheet reconciliations, internal controls, cash management, and financial analysis. They supervise the Finance team on a day-to-day basis, support team development, and act as the senior Finance leader in the Director of Finance's absence. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing audits, and partnering with hotel leadership for sound business decisions.

Requirements
