Job Description
The Assistant Director of Accounting supports the hotel's accounting and internal control functions while ensuring timely and accurate reporting of operating results and maintaining the integrity of the management information system.

Requirements

  • Supervise all accounting functions
  • Assist with billing and customer service functions
  • Assist with management of accounts receivable in order to maximize cash flow
  • Assist with income audit to ensure accuracy of revenue reporting
  • Responsible for training of staff for job duties
  • Partner with the Shared Service Center on various functions
  • Prepare timely and accurate sales, use and occupancy tax returns
  • Ensure successful treasury cash management
  • Ensure integrity and efficiency of computerized data processing functions
  • Assist with financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and other information
