Requirements

  • 5 years or more in a senior leadership role
  • Restaurant and banquet experience
  • Successful track record in elevating guest satisfaction scores
  • Experience managing front of house and back of house coordination
  • Proven leadership skills in hotel or restaurant Food & Beverage operations
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader
