Job Description
The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage oversees and directs Food and Beverage operations, including banquets, restaurants, and lounges. Responsibilities include leading planning, managing budgets, implementing sales and marketing programs, and ensuring high levels of guest service quality.
Requirements
5 years or more in a senior leadership role
Restaurant and banquet experience
Successful track record in elevating guest satisfaction scores
Experience managing front of house and back of house coordination
Proven leadership skills in hotel or restaurant Food & Beverage operations
Hotel/Hospitality degree
High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader
