Role OverviewThe Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Operations Manager in the operations of all food and beverage outlets at the Whitewater Center. This individual provides leadership for a large salaried team as well as an extremely large hourly and seasonal team.
What You Will Do
Direct oversite of all FOH operations, manages beverage ordering and inventory levels across property, assists in implementing and maintaining standard operational procedures, and ensures quality standards for food and beverage production.
