Role OverviewThe Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing and directing Banquets, Restaurants, Outlets, and any other Food or Beverage related areas operated by Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa.
What You Will Do
Duties include short and long-term planning, management of Food and Beverage operations, developing and recommending budgets, marketing plans, and objectives, and managing within those approved plans.

Requirements
- 4 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience (preferably with Hyatt)
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Hotel/Hospitality degree preferred
