Job Description
The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Culinary / Food and Beverage Operations within Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. This role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring a consistent high-quality food product and service, engaging team leadership, and maintaining brand integrity. The role also includes managing budget, training staff, and ensuring compliance with hotel and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role.
Restaurant experience required.
Understanding of budgets and payroll progress.
Experience in a Forbes 5 star and AAA 5 Diamond hotel or resort preferred.
Proven record to coordinate multiple departments.
