Job Description
The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Culinary / Food and Beverage Operations within Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. This role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring a consistent high-quality food product and service, engaging team leadership, and maintaining brand integrity. The role also includes managing budget, training staff, and ensuring compliance with hotel and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Restaurant experience required.
  • Understanding of budgets and payroll progress.
  • Experience in a Forbes 5 star and AAA 5 Diamond hotel or resort preferred.
  • Proven record to coordinate multiple departments.
