Job Description

As an Assistant Director of Guest Services, you will lead associates by coaching, giving direction, and training to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
