The Assistant Director of Guest Services will lead other associates, oversee daily operations, and support and develop associates through coaching, direction, and hands-on guidance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • 2-3 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
