Assistant Director of Human Resources - Bunkhouse

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within hospitality or multi-unit environments.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or departments strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with leaders and associates at all levels.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
