Job Description
The Assistant Director of Human Resources plays a key role in supporting the people strategy, culture, and talent experience for Bunkhouse hotels across the Austin and Houston markets.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within hospitality or multi-unit environments
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or departments strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with leaders and associates at all levels
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Spanish language skills preferred
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
