Role OverviewThe Assistant Director of Nursing assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations.
What You Will Do
Implement nursing policies, conduct education and infection control functions, supervise licensed nurses, and maintain a census culture within the center.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the practicing state
- Two years experience providing direct care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Prior experience as a Unit Charge Nurse or similar supervisory experience
