Job Description

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will provide day-to-day clinical oversight, support staff development, and help ensure consistent, high-quality care in a setting where relationships matter and leadership is present.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of employment
  • 2–4 years of clinical nursing experience in assisted living, personal care, or long-term care
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred
