Assist the DON in planning, coordinating, and managing daily nursing operations, supervise nursing staff, support recruitment and performance evaluations, mentor and coach nurses and CNAs, and ensure care delivery aligns with regulations.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Massachusetts required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree (ADN) considered with strong experience
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in long-term care, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations (CMS, 105 CMR, etc.)
