Role OverviewThe Assistant Director of Nursing will manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department. The ADON supports the overall operation of the facility, assuring adherence to company policies, standards of nursing practices, and government regulations, in order to promote the highest quality care for our residents and patients.
What You Will Do
Meet the nursing medical needs of all residents, coordinate infection control, educate staff, assist with compliance, and direct the total planning for nursing services.

Must have a current/active CPR certification, ability to communicate at all levels of organization, and ability to work well within a team environment.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in good standing with required current Florida state license
- Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience
- Experience in Long Term Care Nursing
- One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a current/active CPR certification
