What You Will Do
Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.

Requirements
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Previous DON or ADON experience
- Rehabilitation Focus, Wound Care Experience, Knowledge of Medicare A & B
- Ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations, including HIPAA compliance
