Role OverviewWe are currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our friendly, caring and supportive team! The Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department, instill a positive and inclusive facility culture, and ensure the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
What You Will Do
Assist with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, and ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Applicants should have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N) license, C.P.R. Certification and two (2) years of R.N./L.P.N. experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department and five (5) years of R.N./L.P.N. experience is preferable.
