Role OverviewThe Assistant Director of Nursing and Educator will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff, addressing knowledge gaps and skills deficits. They will design and deliver comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and in-service programs to improve nursing practice and promote a culture of excellence. The main day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of Nursing, designing and delivering training programs, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness. The role also involves supervising nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and support, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care (required)
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) required
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards and nursing best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
