Job Description
Full-time Assistant Resident Care Director position requires leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic planning to meet the health and wellness needs of residents. Responsibilities include conducting pre-move in resident assessments, developing resident service plans, hiring and mentoring staff, and providing emotional and physical comfort and safety of residents.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials and the public
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
  • Physical ability to move at least 25 lbs. without assistance
  • Physical stamina and ability to assist residents as needed and in emergencies
