This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Director of Nursing provides clinical and administrative oversight, supports staff education and development, leads infection prevention efforts, monitors quality measures, participates in surveys and audits, and collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
