The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing and directing Food and Beverage operations, including banquets, restaurants, in-room dining, lounges, and stewarding, to provide efficient service and meaningful experiences for guests.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
