Job Description
The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking an Assistant Director of Payroll to oversee all agency payroll functions using NYCAPS, PMS CHRMS and PRISE. The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Director of Payroll and will be part of a dynamic, service-oriented team responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies and initiatives to support the agency.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration
  • One year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to deal with time-critical time-sensitive activities, proficient computer, and data entry skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills
