Role OverviewThe Assistant Director will support the Director of Rehab in overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality patient care, supervising therapy staff, and promoting clinical excellence across physical, occupational, and speech therapy disciplines.
What You Will Do
Assist in managing and supervising day-to-day rehabilitation operations, provide clinical guidance and support to therapy staff, ensure compliance with regulations, monitor patient care delivery and outcomes, and participate in staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred, and strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
Requirements
- Current PT, PTA, OT, OTA
- Current CPR
- At least one (1) experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
