Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking an Assistant Director of Rooms to oversee the Rooms Division under the direction of the Director of Rooms. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive Hyatt leadership experience within Rooms and previous resort experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive Hyatt leadership experience within Rooms
  • Previous resort experience
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Proven leadership skills; lead by example and embody Hyatt's purpose of CARE
  • Excellent mentorship skills, positive attitude, high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven record of accomplishment in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to achieve financial, engagement and service goals
