Job Description
Join our team in Santa Fe as an Assistant Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality, leadership skills, and experience in Rooms operations. As Assistant Director of Rooms, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for leading a team to achieve service excellence and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Hotel Management experience
  • Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish language
