Job Description
The Assistant Director of Rooms oversees all aspects of the Rooms Division, ensuring hotel operations meet Hyatt brand standards while building strong colleague engagement and delivering a consistently elevated guest experience.
Requirements
Four years or more of progressive Rooms Division experience, typically within Hyatt
Service-focused leadership style with strong presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
Hotel or Hospitality degree preferred
Proven ability to lead in a high-volume environment
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive financial performance
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in rooms operating systems
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
