The Assistant Director of Rooms oversees all aspects of the Rooms Division, ensuring hotel operations meet Hyatt brand standards while building strong colleague engagement and delivering a consistently elevated guest experience.

Requirements

  • Four years or more of progressive Rooms Division experience, typically within Hyatt
  • Service-focused leadership style with strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
  • Hotel or Hospitality degree preferred
  • Proven ability to lead in a high-volume environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive financial performance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in rooms operating systems
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
