Role Overview

Supports the Director of Operations in leading and overseeing comprehensive security operations across all Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) facilities, with a strong emphasis on the administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise security technology systems.

What You Will Do

Lead the administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise security technology systems, including CCTV/video management systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and associated hardware and software.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV, intrusion detection, and information security frameworks
  • Experience with Active Directory, user account administration, system patching, and access management
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based security infrastructure
  • Experience troubleshooting technical security systems and coordinating with vendors and IT teams
  • College degree or equivalent experience (10 years plus) in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Cyber Security, Criminal Justice or Business Administration
  • Prior managerial experience
  • Considerable knowledge of the operations of the MSLC, MUSL and its practices, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
