Role OverviewAssist the Head Tennis Coach in managing the tennis program, including recruiting, scouting, scheduling, and training student athletes. Work closely with the Director of Athletics and other university administrators to ensure compliance with NCAA rules and regulations.
What You Will Do
Direct and assist in scouting and recruitment of student athletes, evaluate performance, provide leadership and instruction, and promote the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Two to four years of related experience

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to make independent decisions and judgments on administrative and procedural issues
