Job Description
The Assistant Dispatcher supports daily field operations for the electrical division by coordinating manpower, scheduling crews, and ensuring efficient communication between the field and office.

Requirements

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, providing a professional first point of contact.
  • Enter and maintain purchase orders (POs) accurately in the system.
  • Collect, organize, and record per diem and hotel receipts for field technicians.
  • Coordinate scheduled vehicle maintenance, including oil changes (P1011).
  • Assist sending email reminders for outstanding bill payments.
  • Generate and distribute job reports for maintenance work orders.
  • Update the shared calendar with ETAs for material arrivals when ordered with supply houses.
