Role OverviewThe Assistant Educator supports the Lead Educator in providing a nurturing, positive, and innovative learning environment for young children. They promote social and emotional development, encourage curiosity, and reinforce daily routines. The Assistant Educator plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and stimulating space where each child is valued, respected, and supported on their learning journey.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Educator will assist in implementing play-based lesson plans, supervise and engage with children, maintain a positive classroom culture, and support adherence to classroom schedules and routines. They will also communicate positively and professionally with families and provide daily communication through the company's Parent Communication app.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
