Job Description
The State Ethics Commission seeks candidates for the full-time position of Assistant Enforcement Counsel. The Assistant Enforcement Counsel will investigate alleged violations of state conflict of interest and financial disclosure laws, resolve violations through educational letters or disposition agreements, and prosecute alleged violations at Commission adjudicatory hearings.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of three years of legal employment experience, including at least one year of litigation experience
  • Member in good standing of the Massachusetts bar
