Job Description
The Assistant Director of Engineering is responsible for assisting the Director of Engineering in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department, supplying services to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment and building in optimum condition.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management
  • Knowledge in preventive maintenance program
  • Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Good command in English and computer (Microsoft Office)
  • Previous Hospitality experience preferred
