Job Description
The Assistant Director of Engineering will assist the Director in ensuring efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department, supplying services to all operating Departments, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management
  • Knowledge in preventive maintenance program
  • Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Good command in English and computer (Microsoft Office)
  • Previous Hospitality experience preferred
