Job Description
The Assistant Director of Engineering plays a key leadership role in the daily operation of the Engineering Department, supporting and acting as the Director of Engineering during their absence. The role includes direct oversight of front-of-house maintenance, repair, aesthetics, and guest-facing spaces, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and operationally excellent environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of progressive engineering/facilities experience in hotels or commercial buildings preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
