Assistant Engineering Director

The Assistant Director of Engineering is responsible for the oversight of the operation of the hotel, including the inside and outside of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering.

What You Will Do

Plans and coordinates the work of engineering staff, oversees engineering staff, recruits additional engineering staff as needed, conducts performance feedback, and provides training and mentoring.

• Supervisory experience
