Role OverviewThis position will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of the ERM function across the credit union. The Assistant Enterprise Risk Manager will work with the VP Risk Management and other executive leadership to enhance the existing ERM framework, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include supporting the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management (ERM) program, managing the day-to-day administration of the credit union's Business Continuity Management program, and overseeing quantitative and qualitative risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and aggregation processes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree, three to five years related experience in risk management disciplines for a financial institution, and strong computer skills. Risk, Audit, and/or Compliance-related certifications are preferred.
