Job Description
Located on the shores of Lake Washington, Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport is seeking an Assistant Event Services Manager to manage banquet events at the hotel.

Requirements

  • Support, Supervise, Empower, Lead, Coach and Motivate the Banquet team
  • Assist the hotel in reaching top box service scores on Meeting Planner surveys
  • Proactively review staffing and equipment needs
  • Ensure coordination and execution of all events with Culinary, Stewarding, Catering/CS, CS Floor and Beverage
  • Maintain a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Develop innovative and creative décor for Banquet function space
