Role OverviewThe Assistant Executive Director supports the leadership and oversight of all aspects of daily operations in a senior care community. This role provides direct supervision of the business office, assists with financial management, resident relations, employee support, and community engagement. The AED ensures alignment with company values, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
What You Will Do
Manage the business office, participate in planning and implementing strategies, assist in developing the Operating and Capital Expenditure Budget, prepare financial and operational reports, and support the Executive Director in management tasks.
