Job Description
Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Mission Pacific & The Seabird Beach Resorts, part of the independent collection by Hyatt, to lead a team delivering best-in-class experiences and exceptional hotel service.
Requirements
Assists in the management of housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property.
Assists the Executive Housekeeper with staff training, inter-department communications and staff scheduling.
Promotes an atmosphere that ensures customer and associate satisfaction.
Assists in conducting annual Performance Reviews.
Ensures OSHA and ADA policies are adhered to.
Coaches and counsels employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures.
