Job Description
Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Mission Pacific & The Seabird Beach Resorts, part of the independent collection by Hyatt, to lead a team delivering best-in-class experiences and exceptional hotel service.

Requirements

  • Assists in the management of housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property.
  • Assists the Executive Housekeeper with staff training, inter-department communications and staff scheduling.
  • Promotes an atmosphere that ensures customer and associate satisfaction.
  • Assists in conducting annual Performance Reviews.
  • Ensures OSHA and ADA policies are adhered to.
  • Coaches and counsels employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures.
