Job Description

The role assists in managing housekeeping operations, promoting customer and associate satisfaction, and delivering exceptional hotel service.
Requirements
2+ years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
Previous hotel experience in Housekeeping
Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Must work well with others and hold all staff to the same standard
