The Assistant Director of Housekeeping will be an integral part of the Dream Nashville opening team, ensuring the cleanliness standards of guestrooms, meeting areas, public areas, and back-of-the-house are met through optimal training, staffing, and supervision of labor, efficient management of operating supplies, and proactive monitoring of guest service scores and comments.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
