Job Description
Role Overview

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning. This requires a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars, and assures all safety and security policies and procedures are followed.

What You Will Do

Assist in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, including staff training, development, and scheduling. Promote an atmosphere that insures customer and associate satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Must possess high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
