Role OverviewHyatt Regency San Francisco is seeking an experienced, organized, and service-focused Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our Rooms leadership team. This position supports the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry coordination, colleague leadership, quality assurance, productivity, cleanliness standards, and guest satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, room inspections, staffing, productivity, and service standards. Lead, coach, and support housekeeping colleagues.

Requirements
- Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience
- Experience in a full-service hotel, convention hotel, luxury hotel, or high-volume urban hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspections, public area cleanliness, laundry coordination, inventory control, and hotel room readiness
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a large team
- Strong guest service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, quality, and consistency
- Ability to partner effectively with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and other hotel departments
