Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Join the Housekeeping leadership team at Hyatt Regency Seattle as Assistant Executive Housekeeper. This role assists in overseeing the entire housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning, and reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper.

What You Will Do

Assist in oversight of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars, ensure safety and security policies are followed, and handle turndown service and special needs of VIP Guests. Responsibilities also include staff training, development, and scheduling to promote customer and colleague satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills with a diverse team and previous leadership experience are preferred. Requirements

• 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms leadership experience
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
• Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
