Role Overview

The Assistant Executive Steward supports the Executive Steward in overseeing the daily operations of the Stewarding Department at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines. This role ensures the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across all back-of-house food and beverage areas.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities include Stewarding Operations Oversight, Sanitation & Safety Compliance, Team Leadership & Coaching, Inventory & Equipment Management, Operational Coordination, and Administrative Support.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen operations, or hospitality support is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
