Oversee assigned restaurant and bar outlets, analyze financial performance, monitor food and beverage costs, maintain brand standards, and foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience
- Experience leading high-volume restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, forecasting, and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge preferred
- Ability to analyze operational and financial reports
