Job Description
Grand Hyatt Vail is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to assist in managing all food/beverage outlets within the hotel, staff, schedule, and train staff, and coordinate special events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with flexible work schedule
  • Team player and a dynamic leader
