As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you will assist in booking Kickoffs and activation PT programs, support the fitness manager and desk staff in attaining kick off booked and showed goals, and maintain a high degree of professionalism, consistency, and reliability in regards to attitude, appearance, and performance.
What You Will Do
Assist in the growth of trainer education, manage productivity, work with new trainers on completing onboarding checklist/training, and maintain an excellent attendance record. You will also communicate problems/concerns to Management, contribute to their solution, and promote club programs externally through public relations & reputation management programs.

Requirements
- fitness background and knowledge of the club including the club’s exercise equipment, programs, and exercise principles, protocol, and culture
- ability to manage time effectively, maintain organized thought patterns, and an overall sense of good judgment, planning, and direction
- CPR/AED Certification
- ability to identify most current fitness and market trends in the industry through conventions, seminars, continuing education programs, books, magazines, competitive analysis, etc.
- computer experience and proficiency with VFP, Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, ABC & VFP
- continued development of leadership skills, marketing & sales skills related to promoting programs & services, and fitness related topics
