Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Fleet Maintenance Manager who will work closely with our Fleet Maintenance Manager to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our fleet vehicles.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in fleet maintenance diesel repairs
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
