Role OverviewThe Assistant Fleet Manager-Southaven is responsible for managing the Division's maintenance staff and functions, including fleet/equipment support, maintenance processes, and associated tasks. This role works in partnership with the Regional Maintenance Manager and Operations teams to ensure overall fleet condition, equipment reliability, safety, and cost-effective fleet performance.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Fleet Manager-Southaven will manage departmental hiring, training, and performance management, maintain a preventive/corrective maintenance program, review status reports, provide hands-on maintenance assistance, and ensure all maintenance-related data is available for input in the vehicle maintenance system.
