Job Description
The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing and directing Banquets, Restaurants, In‐Room Dining, Lounges, Stewarding, and all other Food & Beverage‐related areas operated by Grand Hyatt. The role requires short‐ and long‐term planning, budgeting, and implementing F&B sales/marketing programs, as well as employee development and training.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
